What are the best ways to sterilize or pasturize Verm and Coir for for spawn to mono tubs

I am getting ready to spawn my colonized jars this is my first time. What are the best ways to sterilize or pasturize Verm and Coir for for spawn to mono tubs? Thank You

you dont need to do either.
buckettekkit but you can sterilize it too. pasteurization of coir is not needed.

The reason people add boiling water to coir is to change the structure. Mycelium loves cooked coco coir more than uncooked. Also, if you follow a proper bucket tek, the mixture of coir and verm should be perfectly hydrated in one go.

Pouring boiling water on coir is partial sterilization. And no coir doesn't need pasteurisation or sterilization. But it does work better "cooked"

Hello bodhisatta, you stated "coir doesn't need pasteurisation or sterilization" , But what about the Verm that is mixed with the Coir, does that (verm) need pasteurisation or sterilization ?
