Ahh. I don't mess with cakes, too low of yield imo for all that work but are you supposed to have poly in your holes with that tek? Also, lightly lift a cake, does it feel hollow and lightweight or heavy and nicely saturated?

I think I've seen people with a similar setup, they use no polyfill, but have slightly smaller holes. Also I believe you want that tub raised an additional 2 inches

You’re gonna need 4-6 inches of moist perlite to help keep the humidity up. Also, I believe you’re hindering your humidity by having the holes stuffed as you are limiting fresh air flow that’s going to move humid air throughout your chamber. (I’m not 100% on that last part but I’m pretty sure this is the case)
I’m not sure about the polyester either, most people use polyfill. But that’s typically for monotubs, not shotgun fruiting chambers. How big are your holes?

Nah, take the poly out.

I don't know the percentage but if I were you I'd empty that tub, modify it as close to a sgfc as you can and put everything back in.

They might stand a chance if you add a lot more perlite. As mentioned before, you need at least 4". Go deeper if you can since you have larger holes.

Looks pretty good. Could use some more perlite.
Also, u should clean up the drill holes. Might get better performance, plus it looks better. A razor blade works well, cut counter-clockwise for a smooth deburring.
