Hard to tell from photos, but I'd say it's not mycelium. It looks almost cobwebby.
If you've dropped just one drop in the center of the dishes as you should do, then you should expect to see mycelium growth from where the drops were placed.
How many days ago did you inoculate the dishes?

7 days old. Some of the agar isn’t level and it got moved around a bit which could’ve moved the solution on the plate. I’m inclined to believe it’s tomentose because of the consistent appearance among them all and the lack of blatant bacterial contamination. There were also 3 plates showing no growth whatsoever.

Edit: now that my blind self is on a computer and not a tiny screen, I'd try new plates

Looks to almost certainly be mold. Has no density and even tomentose mycelium will have its threads moving in an outward direction away from the center and towards nutrients.

It was mistakenly made highly nutritious which if I understand correctly can facilitate tomentose growth.

It indeed can, but that doesn’t appear to be tomentose, There’s a super prevalent mold that invades some of my most sterile conditions and looks just like that, if you like you can transfer to grain as I did to test it out. It will be much more obvious when you switch up the media.

I wouldn't bother putting it to grain. Give it a couple more days and you'll have a better idea. If it starts to puff up, it's definitely mold.
It doesn't look good from what I can tell.
Here's a plate I just threw away that I'm pretty sure was growing mold. You can't really tell in the pic, but the center was very puffy, life a small ball of cotton where the transfer wedge was placed.
What you see around the edge from 6-9' o clock is probably what you're going to see from MS or a print. Definitely not an isolated strain.
Between 9-10 I had some growth that looks like yours. Pretty sure it's mold.

Here's an example of a healthy plate.

This was a 2nd transfer and it broke up so there's 2 starting points, but notice how all the growth originates from a center and grows outward? The make up of your growth lacks this characteristic and grows in all directions.
The following pic is bad quality, but it shows that fluffy tomentose growth and you can kinda see the center I'm talking about.

Perhaps I’ll restart with a less nutritious ratio.

It looks like two pin mold spores landed on your agar. Where did you do your agar work?

To Psilicon's points, I don't think the nutrition was an issue. This mold came from bad sterile technique most likely. Did you use a SAB? Flowhood? Could have just been bad luck or could have been bad technique.

Just unlucky then; I don't think a syringe can carry mold. Just wouldn't make sense to me. Try again!

A syringe can carry mold spores inside, in spore solution, or clinging to the outside with static electricity. Were the walls wet in your SAB?

After reading this again, I don't know what I was thinking. OF course it could carry mold spores; the whole syringe is meant to carry spores!

None of that looks right to me. You might wait for a more educated opinion, but I don't see any good growth in there.

My friend I am sorry to tell you I’m pretty sure that’s mold, your only definite proof is grow it out on substrate or use a microscope if you don’t believe

Looks similar to this without the discoloration. Is the white portion is this pic healthy?
