I have a cake that has few little green spots on the bottom of the jar , and i was thinking before spawning to dunk in bleach . The problem is i can get it out only in pieces ( have shouldered jars ) ,
what percantage bleach:water should i use ???
I can buy liter of bleach in 5% concentration ( sodium hypochlorite ) , how much water should i add to this to dunk WBS chunks ( pieces ) ???
Does someone have experiences with this bleach dunking ?
Ratios depend on the situation but making a 1:150 bleach:water (1 portion of bleach for each 150 portions of water) solution and dunking for 20-24 hours is a good compromise in this case. Make sure you don't use any contaminated material in the dunk process, discard bad chunks.
