Grow kit filled with water, not growing after first harvest.

Hi all,
This is my second grow kit, the first one was Colombian and it was a big success but with this Ecuadorian strain, the first harvest was rather weak, after that I did the usual procedure and kept spraying, yet nothing is pinning up... Even worse, sometimes I see water residue on the surface where there are cavities from the previous harvest, also there is still water at the bottom remaining from the dunking is this normal? I have started to fan it for like 2-3 seconds yet I don't think anything is changing, should I use an electric blanket as a heating pad?
Location is a Mediterranean country and the climate is usually good here, even though these are the rather colder months (24 degree), I kept it close to central heating so the water in those cavities would evaporate.

Heat isn't what's going to cause moisture to evaporate. Air flow is.

Leave the bag open. Once the visible moisture begins to dry up give it several hours so that moisture can begin to evaporate from the substrate, then mist lightly.

Dump the water out if there is a significant amount. I had some pools in a bag I used and I just dumped out the excess then just mist when needed. The pools of water will cause you problems if they sit too long.

water appearing from nowhere? ive seen that in jars. and its usually contaminated. thats vital info, cuz everyone was assuming the water was from over misting and dunking. but if u drain the water good and it keeps reappearing, that is not good

yes it just keeps appearing and there are still some in the bottom of the box, I have let it air out and it has been increasing. If the problem is not resolved in a few weeks im going to throwaway my kit.
Any suggestions"?

Condensation. It's fine. The fix is to maintain as close to a constant temperature as possible. Pinnacle temperature range being 68-72F. Keep up the air exchange.

So, no need for an electric blanket? or heat pad of sorts? jus keep it close to those degrees and it should be fine?

Correct. Heat the ambient temperature where the substrate is being fruited. Heating pads and electric blankets are asking for trouble.

Try to keep a steady Temperature throughout the entire fruiting stage.

Buy a small space heater. You can get one for like 10 or 15 bucks. Get one with a thermostat so it will shut off at your desired temperature. I always use one just to be sure I keep up the right temps. And get a thermometer and put it in the room next to your grow so you know the exact temperature it is.
