Coffee grounds in the casing will encourage mold to grow. Spores to LC is a HUGE gamble that usually doesn't pay off. I agree that looks contaminated.

Let it go unless you see mold spores forming. I think it is just bacterial, cause I have ad tubs that looked like that, and I got some fruits from it, then the green mold showed up.

best of luck with this. the perlite is a waste of time though, that's not aerating anything

If that is mold the mold spores will be on your fruits when you print them.... I would NOT print them...

I used pastywhites tek, agar, potato flakes and honey. But yea I dont think I cooked it long enough. Is that myc enough to transfer? I made some new agar last night using actual potatoe water rather than flakes, just looks like jello

I don't think perlite aerates the coir as it's just lumps of a porous rock. I'd say the coir was aerated enough due to it's course texture but I could be wrong as far as I know it's better used to create a humid environment in a Fruiting Chamber as it's got a massive effective surface are that the water can evaporate off of.

Honestly your prob right. I just use it to encourage root growth in my plants. Logic led me too it... lol I have a bed of wet perlite in the fc, under the tipperware the casings in for humidity too... Tho if everyone on here is right im prob just cultivating mold
