well if your using cakes you should probably start by using a fruiting chamber and getting some good lights. if this link https://imgur.com/a/30xHi is a picture of your jars they look like they are quite contaminated in my opinion.

You can let those just sit with in the bag if you desire and keep in a dark area that is warm . Yellow color is normal metabolite and will not be too difficult for you. If you are going for stones then just let them sit for a few months in the dark warm area.

Thanks for reply, there is about 1% of contamination in one cake, is it problem?
The plan is to sink them and move to fruiting box ASAP, but is the time now or later? Or are they too bad? Because it's not all white yet. They are ~5 weeks old.
Like is there posssibly coming ANY healthy mushroom on these? I'm not looking for much, just would like to keep the strain (cambodian) alive.

I'm surprised you got pins with that foil banded around. That jar on the right looks fairly bacterial.

Since one has pins id go ahead and birth that one.
If the other is 100% colonized. Let it consolidate for seven days and birth. ( If it has pins go ahead and birth that one also )
Wash off any uncolonized substrate.
Dunk 24hr.
Roll in vermiculite.
Place on tin foil squares inside the sgfc.
Hope for the best.
If they mold toss them.

He's using glass cups for his pf-tek jars. The foil is his lid. The only thing I see that really screwed the pooch on those, is flipping them upside down. That disturbed the dry verm layer.
Is this the tek you used? Cause that's the first thing I found when I first got into mushrooms. It can work. but you flipped your jars upside down.
