Yeah the picture is all messed up. around the text its fuzzy everywhere.
whats up with how it says "viewing forum the pub" (funny, the joke is missing from it's first instance) mine usually says something like http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=2486262&Main=2485269#Post2486262

Here is how I did it.
I simply saved the PUBs main page to my harddrive. Opened the source of the page and edited it. Then I launched the webpage from my harddrive and did a print screen which I then pasted into word. I then opened the word document and saved the picture as a JPG. Then I used that crappy KODAK picture editor that is included in all versions of windows to circle the word PUBE!
To put in an E at the end of PUB via an Image editor would take too long! Much quicker, for me, to just open the source and add an E!

The flaw in the matrix is actually an anomaly, which was intentionally programmed in, as part of a larger control structure. I could tell you more, but then I'd either have to make you an Admin or kill you...

Personally, I love Opera.
Started using it at 6.0, and now I use Opera7 which is a HUGE improvement over 6.
In my opinion, it is the best browser. There are a couple flaws, such as it doesn't print out web pages that have tables very well and it doesn't have "auto URL finishing".
That isn't that big of a problem, since i can copy/paste a URL into mozilla if I have to print it out and I don't mind typing in www and .com if it means I can get mouse gestures out of it.
Mouse gestures are by far the GREATEST feature any browser can have. I'm so used to them now, whenever I'm on a computer that doesn't have opera, I just feel so slowed down due to the lack of mouse gestures. It's like nicotine, once you get hooked, whenever you don't have it, you just feel like there is something important that is just missing.
