Mixing PE and APE in the same mono?

my stoned ass didn't label my spawn bags. I have three bins and six 3-lb bags of rye, 3 that were inoculated with PE and 3 with APE (both multispore), all showing growth, but I don't know which is which.
will it be ok to mix 2 of them in each bin? or if I mix APE and PE together will it a) produce cool hybrids b) both strains fruit together b) stall growth / lessen the yield?
alternatively, could I just use 1 bag per bin instead and would that be enough for success? what do you recommend I do?
It also occurred to me that maybe one strain will colonize 3 bags faster than the other 3 bags and then I could tell them apart, but is that a safe assumption? they were all inoculated at the same but 2 out of 6 bags were inoculated with 4cc (1 PE and 1 APE) and the other 4 were inoculated with 3cc. it appears 3 of them are colonizing faster than the other 3.
I used the search feature but couldn't find a solid answer.
thank you

It'll be fine. Spawning each jar into its own shoebox is an option.

Update:
So (almost) all my spawn bags are colonizing tremendously. I suspect in another week or two they will be ready.
One contaminated pretty fast and I could smell it right away so I tossed it.
Two of the remaining five bags have more tomentose mycelium growth, and the growth in the other 3 bags is more rhizomorphic.
I did some research on the difference between PE and APE and read that the APE mycelium tends to be more rhizomorphic than PE. Can anyone here back up this statement with experience?
I also read that when two strains are mixed in the same tub they can compete for nutrients which can decrease yield, so I'm trying to avoid that.

A strain is what you get when two spores mate. You have 100s of strains working together if you start from spores.
The mycelium cannot tell varieties. The APE mycelium has absolutely no idea that it is APE and that PE is "different". Likewise PE doesn't know its PE and doesn't know APE is different.
As far as tomentose vs rhizomorphic That's way more depending on conditions, nutrition, etc.. Mycelium can go from one to the other. Rhizo vs tomentose is no indication of performance or health or anything else.
