Casings from Refridgerator to Fruiting Chamber!!! ADVICE!!!

Ok...here's the story. I had 3 casings I had just put into my fruiting chamber when I found out I had to go to Toledo to record. From advice taken from Fee, I wrapped up the casings with saran wrap and rubberbands to seal them tightly and placed them into my fridge until I came back.
I came back yesterday after about a week, took them out of the fridge and into the fruiting chamber. I noticed that the tops look a tad bit blueish-gray and not really white like before. Is this bad?? Could this be just some minor effect of the refrideration time?? I'm just hoping these aren't fucked up!! Thanks guys!!

dont be so hasty to post. give it a few days and see how it does. Chances are its just from being in the fridge all week. youll know if its anything to wory about soon enough.

Coop that blue is probably from water loss. Put the casings back into the fruiting chamber and keep the rh as high as possible for a few days. As long as the blues on those casings won't rub off with a Qtip than its just a little dried out. If the blue rubs off, then it's the bad news.
Didja have any troubles casing those cakes early?

Cool...ok, I wasn't too worried, but you never know so I had to ask. As far as problems casing early, I don't think I've had any problems. They seemed to perform as regular crumbled cakes...I'm assuming. We'll see though....thanks guys
