May have to or dry them out and make some honey. I think i have enough to make up for the potency lose from drying.

According to some online sellers, sclerotia can be stored indefinitely if properly dried and stored in a freezer.
I haven't grown sclerotia varieties. But has anyone cut their sclerotia before storing or drying? -I know they can become like "jawbreakers" once dry.
I feel like cutting it, drying, then freezing would be the way to go when you have bricks of fresh sclerotia you do cannot consume within the 3-6 month time frame.

I feel there's no need to dry them at all. Just adds unessecary work.
Honey/Chocolate/Vacuum/Freeze whatever you want to do just do it to em fresh.

Damn I wish I would of seen this before I dehydrated them yesterday. Im just hoping they didnt lose a lot of potency.
Took 30 hours to dry from 82 grams to 28 grams at 105 F.

Incase anyone's wondering, I dehydrated the stones a couple days ago and tested them out last night.
I lemon tek'd about 4.5 grams throughout the night and had a very nice trip, and I noticed very little to no potency loss in my opinion. Still very visual and a nice body high.
It could be that I am still so new to tripping and I'm still just very sensitive to them, but they definitely worked for me.

Did you notice any major differences in the potency/yield of the jar you let go for 2 years?

Not really in the potency department. As far as yield, the yield was the same.

Stones are different than Cubensis fruits, though. Stones lose considerable amounts potency from being dehydrated.
Can anyone else confirm that this is true. I was under the impression that storing them fresh in jars would cause rot, but if it works then I definitely want to get them into jars.
Thanks
