I've always eaten mushrooms on an empty stomache and 3.5 or more of dank cubes will always fuck my stomache over no matter what I eat or don't eat. Psilocybin is a harsh chemical, if you don't want it to hurt your stomache don't put it in there.

It sucks, it's a normal side effect for most, if you like shrooms, just deal with it.

A good way to avoid gut rot is to brew your mushrooms into tea - there's a lot of instructions on this all over the net.
