Was gonna say "Wtf?!" :pipesmoke:

Creatine has absolutely aided in muscular strength for me. I'd use it in balance with a proper diet. I've never experienced an injury. I also train others for a living. Creatine is one of the most basic, safe (when used, loaded, and maintained and cycled correctly) supplements you can use IMGHPO (in my genuine honest professional opinion).

Creatine will help you workout harder and feel stronger, more bulked. But isn't that stuff really bad for your kidneys?

You make a good point. I would have liked have put that in the poll.

I would like to look up some studies on that.

I tried creatine many many years ago and I "believe" I had an injury because the disparity between muscle and tendon. Of course there are many other factors. But, that is why I made the thread.

It only becomes a danger when you don't cycle properly. It's incredibly safe; one of the safest supplements you can use.
