Sterilization question

I was sterilizing some jars the other night and i left some on to boil too long without enough water and the bottom of the jars burned, though the substrate in them seems fine. will they be ok?

If the substrate didn't dry out, you just might be OK. If you've got a few spores to spare, give it a try. How can you tell the bottom of the jars burned? Did they turn black or what?

yes, the bottom of them are pretty black. i injected them anyway, and actually am fairly optimistic becuase they look good otherwise.

if they r black maybe the substrate it's dry !
