Damn, 100% coir sub, huh? Great yield with that one. I always use CVG and leave a bit left for the casing. I spawn, case and fruit all at once.

That’s what I do. I cased a shoebox with 50/50+ at full colonization and got Sidepin City

Why do you think you and tom_b have such prolific flushes with coor casing and others might not?

Crispy, that looks like a beautiful forest you have there. And beautiful canopies, of course.

Casing as in a top layer of coir covering grains at spawning or a layer of coir that you case a fully colonized tub with?

I’ve never tried putting coir on a colonized sub before

Layer of coir over fully colonized sub. I only initiate fruiting conditions once the coir casing is partially colonized like in This Grow Log I'm currently doing.

I'll go into more details soon. Let me just finish harvesting this tub real quick  It's dense AF.

I find that the more pins/fruits I get, the smaller they are.

That's just how things are.. the mycelium has limited transport capacity. It can only push out so much at once.

He was talking about the veils tearing away from the cap, not the spores

The spores just happened to land on the cap forming a beautiful pattern. Pure chance and nothing to do with genetics.

Also a quick question. Is it fairly usual for cubensis to have coloring in patterns like this? They only showed up in the second flush.

Yo has this phenotype been around? or is everyone getting it now? what's good with this?

The only thing those pictures have in common is spores on caps.

Bods phenotype was they way the veil tears on his and they  stipes seem to be particularly straight

Here is my 76g 1st flush LGT(MS) fruit.

And here are some of one of my LGT cloned all cleaned up and expanded to some real petri. So proud of these, with the exception of the air bubbles in the agar, lol.
