I'm so tired of this line. Let's say you're right about that (). It doesn't matter. He was physically at the LaBianca murder. He held a gun to them while Tex tied them up. Then he left while the others killed them. He was also physically at the Gary Hinman house and participated in torturing him. Then he left, while the others killed him. He was also physically at Shorty Shea murder and participated in the actual killing and disposal of his body. So at the very least, he was an accessory to the murders of four people. Not including the Tate killings.

What's that like almost 50 years in prison? Shame he didn't get executed cuz the progressivists in California abolished the death penalty after he was sentenced.
I wonder if my generation and the one before mine would have heard so much about him if he wasn't slowly rotting in prison and still babbling and still collecting groupies.

California spent over 3,000,000 to keep him incarcerated
Bullet or throwing him to a pack of wolves would have been much cheaper

I think shooting everyone in California is a little extreme.

The Supreme Court abolished the death penalty nationwide.

Moral high ground? Life in prison seems so much more unbearable and torturous than a quick death. What is more merciful?

So.. people are getting off easy with the death penalty is what you're saying? If you ban the death penalty for some of the worst crimes, and people know that they can commit them without actually risking their lives, but instead spend their lives locked up, would people be more or less likely to commit atrocities?
