Bulk substrate overcolonized with mycelium or something else?

Greetings Brothers, I come here for your council. I have this monotub, its filled with horse manure based bulk substrate and two fully colonized and consolidated jars of Puerto Rico cubensis. My question is, are the dense white patches mycelium growth or is it a contaminant? I can see the metabolites trapped in the water droplets on the surface of the substrate, I have read that this tends to happen with manure based substrates, I'm not worried about that. I am worried because there is a smell coming from this monotub but it is hard to differentiate if its the smell of the plastic of the monotub mixed a little of the funk of the horse poo but its some neutral smelling smell (if that makes any sense)... I am almost certain its a contaminant. I have been keeping this tub away from the others just in case. Conditions inside tub have always been optimal as far as I know, 75-77 temp and 70-99 rh. FAE holes taped with Tyvek, have used this set up successfully before. Please advise, brothers. For now i will continue to fan the tub and keep it under fruiting conditions. I noticed in some parts of the substrate surface where it is less colonized that some hyphal knots have started to form, maybe?... Any advise and input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advanced.

I am bothered by the fact that the forum post pic is bigger than the photobucket pic. Wish I could zoom in........Maybe cobweb though? Can you post a larger pic? Certainly looks different than other bulk myc tubs I've seen though....

There is no way that is normal mushroom mycellium. Something else is going on.....
