What's up guys, just wanted to get an ID on this mushroom to see if my identification skills are getting better yet. Found this one in a soccer field at a park yesterday in the grass. I'm thinking it's the Agaricus bisporus. Attached are pics of spore print, and said mushroom. Thanks!

That spore print isn't purple enough

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

This likely belongs in the Agaricus campestris group. If found near the Atlantic coastal plain your best options are Agaricus andrewii or Agaricus argenteus you can separate them by spore size. I collect andrewii regularly and find them to be a fantastic edible.

Definitely not a psilocybe, but it could still be potentially edible. Looks like a porobello to me.

Do you know if there is a public key on this group yet? Or do I need the new Agaricus book now?
