I confess, I experienced shrooms for what feels like the first time. I ate 6g dried last night and it took me to a whole new existence. I know the contest for mystical experiences is over but I still feel like this is worth sharing. Last night I kept thinking that our bodies are just windows into earth and our conciseness uses them to experience this reality. Some souls inhabit animals as their window so they get a different experience on earth than we do. I looked up at the sky and figured out why man looks to the sky... it's art, a constant changing piece of art. I felt the love that we all have inside of us. The colors were literally popping out of the TV, every pixel sucked me in deeper and deeper. The trip lasted a little longer than I thought and it became overwhelming at times, but I truly felt the benefits of shrooms for the first time. All of my other trips have been okay but never left me in awe like last nights.

UMMM duhhh. I mix crushed shrooms and get it down by mixing it with honey. Why not Kratom. Sometimes I wonder about myself.

I confess I just sauteed up some fruits with butter, salt, and pepper.  Absolutely delicious  :trippindude:

Cooking them won't effect the psychoactiveness?

naw its fine. if you wish to eat them without tripping, you can soak them a few water bathes to rid the actives. thats how subsistance farmers like in russia can turn giant wild patches into food.

Surely cooking them makes them taste better...I think cubes(dry)smell like feet and the taste horrible...but my brothers wife would snack on them like popcorn if she could...

Fresh fat cyan pins are the stuff that others only dream of. straight from ground to mouth within a couple hours is what i speak. In my book thats when i feel ok about picking pins.

Sorry for your loss NC..

I wouldn't call cubes gourmet, they still have that nasty alkaloid taste even after cooking, but the effects don't diminish, they do become easier to digest and they taste a lot better than fresh. Soup is my way to go. Soup cube, mushrooms, water, 10 min boil, blend it all, and then gulp it down. Not that bad in terms of taste, and there's no faster onset than this ime.

Have you ever eaten fresh shrooms while peaking on high doses? For every second that you chew it's a new taste and a new texture in your mouth. Very funny feeling. I ate 200g fresh once after 11g dry. This was fun. I also did something else with the mushrooms that night but I'm not comfortable enough to share that on here yet

You plugged em didn't you?

Not the best moment to do that experiment, since you'd be tripping balls already. Not very easy to tell if it's adding to the experience, other than the act adding to the experience... But I admire the courage.

I confess i did 200ug of ETH-LAD last night.. and won't again.. was like taking a amusement park version of acid.. all the melty world with none of the actual connection to anything. a very empty drug. back to lsd til i get some shrooms grown...

On the shroom front.. my wbs jars are at 75% but 3 weeks old. might put some to sub today, starting to worry bout that age and hope to get something going...
