Hawks will last 2 years now. Other's I would say about 6 months to a year.

Do they last that long in the fridge or out? Which is the best way to store them? I have mine in the fridge should they not be in there?

The fridge would be the ideal place. I believe they will last longer that way. However, I had a friend that had some syringes from Hawk that he kept in a drawer for over a year and successfully fruited.
