That actually happened to me once as well. Got it to agar recently though. It's taking it's time... Agaricus Arvensis with me, so not that far off in species even

Same here. I'll buy it eventually if I have to, but I have too much going on right now to deal with more things to fruit.

I confess I just spent the most I've ever spent on a book. Just bought Radical Mycology. Now I'm broke for the week.

I Confess: Saturday is the day I get an oyster to clone. For the cold season. I'm not heating my cellar/ hidy hole for mediocre cubes this winter!

Good choice!
That one is on my short list.  Not available in our usually pretty well-stock library system... And $$ to boot too.

I got a good deal on 'Mycelium Running'.  Was looking on Ebay and didn't want to put out ~$25 bucks, and then the usually annoying "Still Interested?" had, in the 'More items to consider' a deal for $14 shipped.

Click-click-click- and It's mine forever!

I've found full copies of lots of books on-line in places that work like scribd.

These I found elsewhere-in PDF- -so far- & were totally FREE:
Teaming with Fungi - The Organic Grower’s Guide to Mycorrhizae
Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World - Paul Stamets
Mushroom Biology Concise Basics And Current Developments - Philip G. Miles, Shu-Ting Chang

Did they use lube when they ass raped you on the shipping? LOL sorry I couldn't resist. That's some bullshit shipping though.

Same shit getting stuff to Canada. Between currency exchange and shipping it's like double the listed price.

Ebay has very decent shipping costs, but they don't have it there. The pain is only momentary, but the joy will be... ENDLESS!!

I confess that I used to grow mushrooms many years ago, and I used to frequent this forum, Ive decided to give gourmet mushrooms a go this time and I cant believe how the techniques have changed, I feel like I have a lot of learning to catch up to the times
