It's still too warm for liberty caps in Baltic.

You can find Panaeolus Cinctulus. It's pretty weak mushroom, but if you eat enough, you'll trip.

If you find true panaeolus cinctulus, they are not weak. Similar to ps. cubensis.

Don't look in grass, look for the real cincts in horse manure. Likely the only active you'll find in Lithuania on a regular basis.

Weak compared to liberty caps
But I also think it's exaggerated about how weak they are. At the end of the june I found some bluing Cincts in dung/straw pile and I had some pretty good effects from around 25 grams wet. Yet some people claim that you have to eat 8 grams dry to feel even a light buzz

It's due to misidentification. There are several undescribed panaeolus species that are very similar to cinctulus but only weakly active. True cincts often turn blue at base and the mycillium will often turn blue when disturbed.
