white mold?

I discovered a mold I havent seen before today. It was very white and fluffy. Its color was white like mycellium, but growing very fast, and only on the surface of the casing. I scraped it off and plan on shooting some bleach solution onto the affected casings. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

It's probably cobweb mold. you can lookup some info on how to fight it in these froums.

no its not cobweb. it has totally different color and growth characteristics. it's like snow white tric.

no I didn't want to keep my new discovery in my kitchen long enough to document its existance. I just took the casing outside and scraped off the affected casing layer so (unless it comes back) I have no chance of photographic evidence...
