I have an extra bag of Peat Humus-can it be used for a caseing material?

Humus sucks for casing material if you use make sure it is sterilized very well if not it holds bacteria very well

I have never used this before.
What about> Organic Compost Derived from Cow manure Compost ? I have an extra bag of this also.

you can use a peat/verm combo. but its probably best to do what he said, from my mj experience, peat holds contams well indoors. my 2 cents.

fractional sterilization has been known to work but takes a few days. you should read up on it and try it because grains are way better than cakes.

akrobatik - i dont mean this personally at you but fractional sterilisation sucks

Its the kind oif thing that makes noobs think shroom growing is too hard and experienced groweres dont bother even trying

Get a pressure cooker

trust me you are going to love this hobby, it will bring you much happiness ;D
