The estimated percentage of known mushrooms worldwide, of the total mushroom species existing, is around 10%. A lot of those 90% remaining are located in inhospitable areas that have always been hard to explore, but a lot of others are because of size and very specific habitat, or perhaps recent split from another species. All considered, I'd say saying that your list lists EVERY mushroom is not only wrong, but also dangerous, as those not listed could include poisonous species that could therefore be mistaken for other species.
