If only I could get my car fixed...bought an '07 honda civic hybrid with 150k on it and it broke down in a week. The battery module went out and it's a $900 part...never buy a hybrid.
Sounds like you were defrauded. You might want to look into what legal recourse you have.

Here's an APE plate I pulled out of the fridge and how it looks 5 days after. The condensation turned into water droplets which I believe hit the agar and spread the myc around, resulting in this spread.

Anybody experience this type of growth before? There's such a definition between the stored growth and the post-fridge removal growth.

Bought it from an individual so I'm fucked in that regard...paid $3,300 cash. Even if I could do anything the bastard is loaded so he could get a better lawyer than I ever could.
The shitty part is no mechanic in my town will mess with it so I have to take it to the closest honda dealer 2 hours away. I'd work on it myself but hybrids are way over my head and since I'd be working with the high voltage system there's a very good chance I'd wind up killing myself. I knew I wasn't going to be able to work on it when I bought it, but I figured a honda with that few of miles wouldn't cause me any serious problems for at least another 100k miles. Couldn't have been more wrong, and I should've done more research...$400 cars have been more reliable than this piece of shit.

Hello guys, let's discuss.. pros/cons of different nutrition % in LCs. All I'm aware of is too low leads to LC dying, and very high % causes very thick growth that may be difficult to aspirate. Are there any other effects? Such as colonization times, shelf life, etc? Or other factors? Thanks.

Last night I made up a batch of chocolates using PE. They came to about 1.33g ea and blew my fuggin mind. I think there's a lot to be said about mixing cacao with mushrooms. 2gs of the same variety, on their own, did not hold a candle to 1.33 mixed with 100% cacao. Perfect use of smaller, broken pieces and aborts

So you don't think there's anything to the mixture of the two?

I read once that chocolate has some potentiating effects, to what extent I don't know, but certainly not more than Syrian Rue, that shit blew my mind mixed with only 2 grams of cubes in tea form.

It certainly helps trigger digestion. I have had a huge Lemon Tek dose stay idle until I got something else in my tummy. Not common tho, usually 15mins from blastoff

Why does PF Tek work so well? I'm getting ready to run one again. Oats never worked very good. WBS didn't either, but seemed like I could possibly get good results with it... failing sucks though. My PF Tek always worked really good.

Hey Moab, glad to see ya again. One if the reasons PF tek works so well is because bacteria has a hell of a time on that substrate, it's not just hearsay.
I've cleaned nasty bacterial agar cultures from swabs by just using PFTek sub on pasty plates, inoculating them with a biopsy tissue. It works wonders and it's the easiest, fastest and hassle-free way of cleaning up a culture. Shit my lazy ass should make a couple write-ups about it soon, it really is effective.

My biggest issue right now with cultivation is not having enough time to do grain prep I work full-time and an full-time student and when I'm not working or in school and having a volunteer or work on my internship so my hands are pretty busy....I was wondering if in the meantime while I finish up with school I could just order presterilize Spohn bags and inoculate them with wedges

Moab. Definitely do a pf run man. Don't get down on yourself bud. I've never tried birdseed but my oats were always shitty and gross looking. I bought a bag of wheat seed recently and the difference is crazy. No more wet grains against the glass and myc looking like ice cream.
The wheat is so much cleaner. No dust and pieces of hull to deal with. And just as cheap as oats. Just my 2 cents. Oh, and I'm working with pastys and a sab. Nothing fancy.
You got this dude!
