Adding cakes to existing fruiting chamber?
    #24711672 - 10/15/17 01:14 PM (3 years, 6 months ago)

i have one cake in my fruiting chamber with 4-5 inches of perlite. my other jars are about to be 1 week out from colonization. can i just add them to my pre-existing chamber with the other one or should i use new perlite and a new bin/re-soak the perlite or anything?

That's perfectly fine. What leads you to be concerned about this? About the only thing you may want to do is give the perlite a HEAVY misting to hydrate it up some. Take that one cake out while you do this so not to saturate it and make it all soggy.
