But it says it's done raining after tomorrow. Was that even enough rain?

Checked lots of my favorite spots today. Found one growing out of the dirt and debris with grass and trees nearby. I added some bermuda grass clippings and water to my favorite areas. I wonder if it will actually boost their growth. One of them is a rather bare woodland spot with a faucet nearby so I watered it till it was almost a swamp.

It didnt rain for 3 weeks. Its going to be 4 to 5 days atleast. The first big rain after a dry period usually isnt a big flush either. They store that water for mycelium rehydration. Same reason you dunk cakes after flushes. Hopefully we will get more rain soon. It was hot today andnit coud evaporate the rain we did get pretty quickly and dry out any pinning.

Yeah Phishhead I think your right. Although my mind tells me the season is done with , this hot weather may just mean they're going to run into November when the weather chills out. I've been watering my patches , but it seems to make no difference. After all the water just dries up within an hour or so.

Anybody else have a prediction?

Keep your eyes peeled for Ganoderma Lucidum . It's medicinal and I've been finding some on thick roots at the dog park.
