I think they need more light and FAE. But no, thats not normal. Did your jars have bacteria in them?

The fruits from the second flush will almost surely have a normal appearance, no more blobs or deformations, keep us posted.

Fucking amazing, dude. I'm loving these bags of yours. How many flushes do you run them for? And are you fruiting them in tubs?

2 flushes. 3rd I usually see patches of green so I'm not pushing them unless they are extremely healthy.Got some fatty mutants from a third flush the other day but it's not like that for everybag.
And yepper on the tub. Set and forget. Takes a couple weeks to fully push out the first flush but I'm dealing with ms. Aggressive ms though.

I soak the casing and make my subs slightly wetter than field capacity so I can give them a ton of fresh air exchange from day 1.

first of all when getting into liquids and blending anything for grain spawn innoculant you want to have the utmost clean culture or you will be maximizing any slight contam's potential greatly.
that being said
for blending of agar to grain check out mudafuka's LI tek. The oster blender blades fit onto the regular mouth jars with the ring screwed over the top. I never liked the unattached gasket flopping around so I glueded it to the blender blade and that to the ring. But I had to keep regluing it because I use them so often.
Now I use wide mouth metal lids modified with a hole the blade attachment is slid through and glued in place I really like how solid and permanent over many uses they are and the solid seal of the canning jar lids.

like this but I used red rtv for most of mine because I had a whole case of it. I think the regular 100% silicon worked just as good but I haven't it tested many times.
Right now I have 20+ modified lids with blender blades.
although I'm sure even that seal will eventually fail over time and use.
I also use the wide mouth because I blend brf cakes in them and I need a large mouth to get the cake in safely.

Slurrys seem the way to go, ill make a post after some more reading and practice.

Yeah I've done slurries and LI's in a sab with the same results but into bottles via muda's bottle tek NOT bags because they are impossible in a sab.
like i said make sure its super clean innoculant you are blending or you will be making a mess of contam for yourself.
My LI's and slurries to grain for grain spawn have been very unreliable and unproductive to say the least.
I have bacteria issues that I can't exactly chase down so just wedges to grain has provided the best results for me when it comes to spawning in open air...
