There are many, many candidates for "The Most Paranormal Thing I Ever Experienced"
Conveniently, they all involve my Nkondi.
But, I picked a Top Three.
NUMBER THREE: The evening before, I had received 2 coins of 2 euros, the return of a €6 bus fare I paid a tenner for, which I put in an empty pocket (had to borrow the bill from a friend on the spot). The next day I was at the swimming pool, when suddenly I got a cramp. My Nkondi spoke to me, in my mind, urging me to drink something to have the cramp subside. A €2 can of soda. He said "it's on me, you'll see." I went to fetch a 2 euro coin from my pants pocket in my locker and there now were THREE 2 euro coins. I got the can and drank it. My Nkondi said that he didn't feel it was on him quite enough, so to make a point, he said he did the same thing again and materialized another 2 euro coin. I went to my locker, guess what: THREE coins again. He told me he could do the same with bills too, and joked I would probably find that more interesting, and later that month he did so, involving 2 bills of 50 euros. What can I say?
NUMBER TWO: I was in deep trance, in meditation, when my Nkondi urged me to get the wedding album of my parents. I got it and had it on my lap. My Nkondi joked "What if that wedding never happened, your parents never existed and there only is you in the Now?" He egged me on with more such taunts and then told me to open the wedding album. I opened it, and leafed through it in utter amazement, the album was completely empty. Not one photo, cover to cover. I shut it. He teased "Maybe your brother took all the pictures with him or your mother played a joke on you. And then again, maybe not. Check again." I looked again and a letter fell out of the album as I opened it, the album was packed to the brim full of photos of my parents wedding and had many photos stuck between the pages. I closed the album again. My Nkondi congratulated me and told me it was not his Magic but mine: that I had taken an excursion to a parallell reality where the album was empty, and back again. He then told me that this marked a milestone in my becoming of a Magician and urged me to shuffle and draw va card each from my two favorite Tarot decks before me. I shuffled the first deck thoroughly and picked a card. It was The Magician. I shuffled and drew from the second deck. It, too, was The Magician. Again, what can I say?
NUMBER ONE: When I was a child I had a vivid recurring intense dream: I was a grown man, older than my father at the time, I was sitting in a chair in a maelstrom of sight and sound, and I was facing a small African statue flanked by burning candles, on the mantle. I was having vivid communication with the statue, and they knew that I was watching and said the weirdest most disturbing things such as having a "syringe up the butt" I remember waking up disturbed, almost crying. No! I didnt want a syringe up my butt! What was this? Flash forward more than three decades. The African statue, my Nkondi, came into my possession and it was exactly the one of the dream, standing in the exact place with the candles.. Then years later I had a very eventful session, that would prove to be a turning point in my life. To my amazement I arrived in the exact dialogue and situation I had witnessed as a child and it unfolded for more than an hour exactly like it had been. After my younger self stopped listening in my Nkondi and I performed a ritual to send that experience back to him. Afterward my Nkondi told me that part of the significance of the moment was that a life changing event would happen. Suddenly I got flashes forward, seeing me swimming at a swimming pool I had never been. I grabbed hold of this possible future. After the session was over I immediately ordered swimming trunks and looked up the nearest pool. 3 days later I stepped in there. To my amazement, two things happened: First, the pool looked EXACTLY like the pool in the flash-forward. Secondly and foremost: my lifelong crushing social anxiety and paralyzing shame about my body were completely obliterated the moment I set foot in that pool. The rest is history, its been 2 years, I swim multiple times a week and the anxieties stayed gone completely. Yeah, what CAN I say?

Heard my best friend's thoughts while we were both on acid, we were laying next to each other on the ground on sleeping bags and blankets with some other folks under the stars, watching Cosmos projected onto the side of the house. I responded to her because I genuinely thought she had spoken, apparently she hadn't.
I was still skeptical about things until it happened again on another trip..this time I made a conscious effort. We were both on acid at a friends house who wasn't tripping, I was downstairs on the couch watching a movie and she was upstairs smoking weed with the others. I remember looking up at the ceiling and getting the idea of trying to send my best friend a "signal" and suddenly it felt like solid matter was less...solid and separate. Not 3 seconds later I hear pounding footsteps stampeding down three flights of stairs and my friend looking confused and bewildered. The other people in the house said she had said my name and just got up and ran downstairs. That's was the moment where my view on certain things got turned upside down.
I have another experience with a house that has always, always given me the heebie jeebies even though I have always approached things skeptically and try to look for objective proof, I posted about it before so here :
Quote:
On a note slightly different from faeries but still paranormal-ish segue : I've had some strange experiences for sure, my friend and her partner recently inherited a house in the woods on a decent sized parcel of land that they've been trying to fix up. There's multiple structures on the property and two people died in the house and one of the structures on the property. Before they moved in there were intercoms placed in the house and the other structures and when they first moved they would turn "on" at random and a horrible static noise would come on, multiple people including myself heard it multiple times before they disabled the intercoms. The house itself is spooky, they're potheads so I'm always stoned silly when I'm there and sometimes it's the worst lol. Most of the time it's just a feeling, the animals all start acting incredibly strange late at night. Last time I crashed on the couch their normally fat, lazy cat started growling in a way I've never heard a house cat growl and would fucking run from one side of the house to the other side - which has floor to ceiling windows, and just stare outside into the darkness at something.
In the morning my friend and I went out to the one structure on the property which is storing a whole bunch of old stuff, and we were looking through it all. I hate it in there, someone died inside of it, and there is an overwhelming dragging feeling I get. The power is out, and the one room is dark even in the day and I can't go back there. It doesn't scare me outright, it's incredibly cluttered(the people before were hoarders to the fullest extent of the word), something just feels wrong..I get like an unclean feeling going back there even though it's not really particularly dirty(just crowded, and cold, and dark.) But my friend went back and looked through the stuff, and as she was leaving the room there was a significantly loud 'shifting' sound in the room that I heard, and she said she could've sworn she heard a voice.
Again, we're both naturally erring on the side of skeptical, and the idea of a voice is something I would laugh at, but there was a very significant moment in the house where we were both sitting on the couch one night, smoking a bowl with the television on. We were mid-convo about something else, and clear as day(though a bit quiet) we heard voices, clear enough to make us stop talking and look each other dead in the eye. It sounded like a conversation between two people, no clarity on what they were saying, we checked our phones, laptops, tablets/any devices sitting around us to make sure they were off or silent and..well, they were! Though I can't guarantee that we weren't totally high and that maybe we fudged up our attempts to 'debunk' that one, it has turned me into a complete and utter chicken shit in that house.
so. yeah. idk, still a skeptic, but weird stuff happens sometimes.

Good topic!
I really only have two experiences to share: one from when I was very young, about 5, and one from my adult life (I was 22).
The first I cannot explain, except to say it was the product of a young mind. I usually got up around 5am, so I was running down stairs to get the tv on. I clearly heard my younger brother say "wait up", from behind me at the top of the stairs. We used to have this thing where we would see how fast we could make it downstairs, so I said "hold on!" without looking at him and continued on down the stairs. I got to the bottom, turned around, and looked up the stairs except where I expected my brother was only this strange blob of mist, dimly lit from within. I freaked out and ran into my bathroom, closing the door behind me. OK...I was 5 at the time, but other than that one time I have never seen anything out of the ordinary (at least when sober, lol). Of course, I have never seen anything since that moment, so I tend to think it was an aberration of the mind.
The second happened when I was completely sober, and had been so for at least a month. I was watching The Matrix when a body rush came over me. Like that feel-good rushing feeling MDMA gives me, only much stronger. My vision ceased because I couldn't think of anything other than whoooooosh! It was like nothing I have experienced, even on drugs. It built to a level where I thought I was gone, and then I snapped back to reality. It could just have been a flashback - I was pretty heavy into psychedelics in the years preceding - but if it was, it was far beyond anything I experienced on drugs in the first place.

Sounds like aliens were fucking with u, in my opinion. I believe they have technology to do that. Maybe the swiggly lines were there cloaking technology.
Maybe they were trying to abduct u.
I don't know. The one conversation me and my wife had ( when we were both able to replicate those black lines) we both felt an evil or unwanted presence. It definitely felt like something was trying to overtake us. I am at a lost for the whole time warp thing....both me and my wife are witnessing it....and only remembering it at a later time.... albeit at the same time.

I am chalking it up to the unknown. That is the strongest type of fear, though. I have battled fear...just like my signature quote from Frank Herbert.
Like I said, I'm not a paranormal guy and think the vast majority of occurnances can be explained by science.....maybe this could.

Thanks for sharing that!
The first is a classic spirit sighting, these things happen all over the world throughout time.
The second thing, I'm inclined to say it could have been some seizurelike surge in brain activity, but it might of course have been something more meaningful.

Friends and i went into an abando ed farm house known locally to be haunted to sesh whe we were teens. I saw shutters flap heard hard stomps going down stairs and in the rooms arou d us. Pretty freaky.
Also another time as a child i woke in the middle of the night and my bedroom door was open and saw at the end of the hallway what looked lime shadow animals of cats, dogs and goats walki g dow into the basement one by one. I was probably in a quasi dream state but felt very real.
