Hey @Moricz. First off congrats on the TC tag! You have some beautiful inside grows of some species that are difficult to cultivate inside. I sent this in a PM but should have known I wouldnât get a response given the content so Iâll post it here!
Iâm working on some Caerulescens grows and could use some help. I have a wild clone, cleaned on agar in a SB with a HWFP/coir/verm sub thatâs coming along, but the grow in question started as a transfer from a wild print, cleaned up on agar.. Have you grown them before?
Method: Wild print to GSA taken to T5 -> A2G transfer ( 2 x 1 lb rye berry myco bags) -> straight coir sub and a LOT of improvisation, lol.
Started out as a SB but I added too much sub so it stalled on me. To try and salvage it I flipped it out into a FC not expecting much but the myc started recovering strong so Iâve started putting more into it.
Pics of SB after flipped into FC:
As an experiment I put a pecan wood chip that had been soaking for a few days under the corner of the cake. The next morning the myc was reaching for it and starting to show growth on the WC.
After seeing this I pasteurized a mix of pecan and cherry WCâs for 3 days and dispersed on the sides and top of the âcakeâ. Again by the next day I was seeing new growth.
Went out into the woods behind my house and gathered up some leaf/wood decay. Collected a bunch of pine needles from under a neighbors tree and PCâd in vacuum sealed bags for 3 hours @ 15psi. Once cooled I covered the surface with what I collected and thatâs where Iâm currently at.
Would love your thoughts/advice.
Thanks,
BB.

I have learned a lesson: Do not prepare Azurescens pot with sawdust and cover the top with plastic foil.
There were gaps for air, but it went anaerobic and all the way green I either need to use chips and not sawdust the next time, or stop covering it altogether. The pot is not THAT big, fits maybe 8-10 liters of substrate total.
