do what you will, I would boil and strain. freeze and use for tea at a later date. just make sure you weigh them so you can split the liquid after!

fuzzy feet is absolutely a sign mostly of lack of FAE it's just to what extent the genetics you are working with are used to being in
I mostly agree with you but the type of fruiting chamber plays a big role. With monotubs, you are trying to balance fae and humidity. If you have a wall to wall pinset, the bigger they grow, the less oxygen making its way to the sub surface. With a SGFC and especially a GH, there should be plenty of both fae and humidity. But, Yes. Genetics, I'm sure play a role.

Nevermind I just made a slurry out of them and turned them into the soil except the massive one I left that one on top and buried the stem. Thats the marker for this shroom burial lol. I swear the last one I pulled out half that size was 15 dry and this one feels atleast 3 times heavier its got to be pushing atleast 300g wet lol And that's with most of the stem cut off.

Haha. I might possibly eat the protein seperatly. I might possibly drink the tea without the protein. But I definitely won't do them together I think I'd have a shit trip knowing what I know lol. I have plenty of tea, chocolates and dried fruits. I don't think I'll risk it this time.
I dont feel like they were at all wasted they were returned to the earth and their energy was returned to mother nature. When my cat died not long ago, I buried him in the back with a bouquet of cubes, and a couple quarts of my best spawn. This sort of reminds me of that.
And now I'm sad. On a positive note though tonight I'll be enjoying a tea I made about a week ago out of a 7 gram dried fruit.

They are all cubes. A spore print will simply tell you that they are cubes.

Also if you can print them then they are probably guaranteed to not be PE.

I confess I am most excited to get started on a super secret new project. Operation psilocybe cornbensis germination. Thanks Psilo, it will be my duty to multiply and spread the spores
