This is on the horse manure only jar. But I see pins forming along the sides of every jar, so now for the fun part lol.

I will update accordingly.

Nice work, brother.
Yea, this species is a slow pinner.  Last night I found a source for these genetics.  I am going to order some later on today, so I hope to be joining in on the fun with you in the near future.  Looking forward to your progress.

These are definitely becoming a close 2nd on my favorite list. Behind pans.

They are so damn easy and contam resistant. I honesty think they are easier than cubes, just takes them so long to produce. And once they do, they mature in slow motion. But man are they potent! I finally had a chance to try um, 1.5 dried grams wow! A hard level 4 experience without a doubt. I think 2 g would have made me loose it haha. Very clean and euphoric like pans but a little different. Very visual at least for my first experience anyway. They are definitely worth the wait!

Thanks again for all who are watching this thread.

Update:
So far the horse manure compost is kicking ass. The organic compost is a close second. The ones WITHOUT straw are producing the most abundant fruit. And sadly the black Kow jars and the plain straw one are doing nothing! Just primordia that have set there doing nothing for a couple of weeks. It appears straw might not be that great or needed in the substrate (at least for this clone anyway).

I inoculated 4 more jars with a combo of the horse manure and organic compost last week to test the 2 best subs so far. They are getting close to full colonization, so we will see.

I will document with pics when all is complete.

So... update on the first flush:

Horse Manure Compost:

Horse Manure Compost/Straw:

Organic Compost:

Organic Compost/Straw:

And for the late bloomers:
Black Kow:

Black Kow/Straw:

Plain Straw:

From these trials, it appears that the field composted horse manure is the clear winner, but I am in the process of trying a combination of that and the second runner up, Organic Compost. If this is good, I am moving to a mono or shoe box grow to really test it out.

And even though the straw substrates colonized faster, they didn't prove to me to be better in the end. I will leave out straw from now on.

Updates to come.

Nope, I have plenty of prints from previous grows.

Thanks for the kind words! I can't wait to see how this clone does in a mono. I am sterilizing grain as we speak.

That's for sure. Those were throwing off some massive spores in the FC.

Nice work. Like the top fruit method, seems to hold lots of promise for species less robust than cubes. Rated 5 :mushroom:

Just I thought I'd share these gnarly invitro specimens:

I just decided to set one aside for shits and giggles and to see how they would perform without proper FAE.

I just got around to spawning a shoebox with horse manure compost, garden compost, verm and gypsum today. So in about a month or so, I'll hopefully have some more and better pics to share.
