Accidentally injected the spore clump into PF Tek jar. Please help

Somebody please help me with this. I forgot to shake up the spore syringe and accidentally injected the spore clump into a jar. Will the spore syringe still be usable?

I would imagine that beside the visible clump there would also be spores left that you're unable to see with the naked eye. So might still be useable. Just wanna point out that i'm quite new to this so it might be favorable to wait for someone more reputable to answer.

Thank you, I'm new to this too. So all the advice and help I can get is very much appreciated. I watched a bunch of videos and read a lot of forum posts about cultivating, but nothing I ever read touched up on this subject specifically.

That sucks lol
But there are spores in the syringe still just not as many; so the timeframe for colonization may be a little longer.. I suppose its a good lesson to have learned from the hard way..
There really is only one way to find out and that'd be trying to inoculate other jars with the now diluted syringe.

Thank you, it's not really that much of a setback because I have a second spore syringe but it's kind of a bummer that I wasted spores/money. Well, you live and learn I suppose.

You should be fine. Syringes with clumps of spores are not the best anyway. Best syringes are crystal clear.

If they clump doesn't that mean there is more spores that basically find each other as would debris settle to the bottom of a still body of water?
Having a clear syringe just indicates there is less spores and the vendor is probably trying to make more money off of less prints; laziness in my opinion..
Keeping logic intact, i'm assuming more spores means a faster colonization time in regards to the odds of superior spores with superior genetics germinating; the more spores the more likely faster colonizing genetics are prevalent..

you shouldn't speak about things you clearly have no knowledge about. no need to give your opinion on facts, especially when you are ignorant to the facts.
1. you shouldn't see spores in a syringe 2. more spores = more chance for contamination 3. more spores does not = faster colonization

What Munchauzen said. I am sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about. This is a place where you can learn a lot though. Just don't spread misinformation.

Cool; Ill just stick with engineering
Didn't claim to know anything and didn't mean to sound demeaning like some people tend to. I said "Keeping logic intact" which signifies it makes sense logically..
If the spores were properly printed and the water properly sterilized I don't see how it would give a higher chance to contam.. I see it this way because in my small and insignificant understanding it would mean the vendor is using one spore for multiple syringes which means its being exposed to air more often..
Anyways, good to know...

Prints are never clean unless you grow fruits invitro and print them like a ship in a bottle or have a cleanroom.
More spores in a syringe = more chance of rogue contaminants.
Darker the spore print theoretically the more outnumbered the contaminants are.
Spores should be cleaned up on agar first. But if you use a spore syringe use the smallest amount possible for inoculations
