Don't go through all the trouble of drinking all the juice, just use a coffee filter on top of a jar or something, pour your honeywater threw the filter, get all the 'mycelium' strained out, put in capsules and eat.

tek knows what he's talking about, lol.
prolly take more than 1 jar to trip unless your tolerance is low.
sniff it before using to be sure, it should not smell rancid or sour.
use a couple cc's to start another honey jar first.

I believe there is info here on the shroomery under the grow/find section in the miscellanious document area, i may be wrong, ... there is also info at drooldonkey.org in the resources area.
