Did you do anything to hydrate the mix after grinding the sub into the horse poo?

You have helped me with some comments about my SGFC already, can you please
advise me on misting and humidity for cased trays inside the SGFC.

I cased my cakes with horse poo then colonized for 7 days and put into fruiting and its now day 5 in fruiting.
