Yeah, I like Worship & Tribute a lot. Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence is decent, too.. but I skip around on that cd a lot more than I do W&T.

Pink Roses is my favorite song of theirs by far.

I find they are more musicially advanced and alot more talented than most harcore groups out there.. Lots of variation too!

Yeah, they've got a lot of depth and arrangement to their music. The guitarists are superb, as are the drummers & bassists they've had. Their lineup shifts rather frequently, I think..

They opened for Deftones when I saw them at a small venue a couple years ago. They were absolutely awful. It all just sounded like NOISE.. straight up noise, no order at all. It made me think "oh man, the acoustics in here are horrible, and the mix job is even worse.. deftones are gonna suck =("

The deftones sounded MUCH MUCH MUCH better.

I'm not saying they suck live, but the show *I* saw really sucked ass.

Most of the stuff they do live... is improvisation... and yes you really have to listen to thier albums to grasp the concept of glassjaw.. There is no other band like them. His voice is a little sketchy.. and the first time i listened to them.. i said "these guys suck.." but i gave them a chance, and they proved themselves to me. Now i can call glassjaw my favorite band. And yea... they are pretty hardcore and unorganized... Thier melodies are much more complex than other bands out there these days.

I don't know man, I mean I really couldn't even make out notes.. it was really horendous at this show. heh. I may someday pick up their album and give it a little listening, if I want something heavy. Haven't been that heavy lately tho'.

I guess after listenin to them for quite a while, i dont even consider them heavy anymore.. Its just more emotion then anything else.. I put thier heavyness in a catagory by itsself... i'm tryin to say i wouldnt compare theier type of heaviness to mudvayne.. or slipknot or some other metal band out there... I mean these guys are genuine, they write thier music for a reason other than making money.. and they love playin thier music.. which is what its all about... the music...lol
And they have soft stuff too

Its not mainstream, so you wont hear any melodies that you would normally hear on the radio, and thier hardcore stuff switches around lots, lots of insane guitar riffs and if you dont know thier songs... a live concert would be disorienting...:P
