how to incubate oat spawn in coir HELP PLEASE first timer here

i have seen many of monotub construction teks and am confused think im going to go with the easyAF unmodified tub but no instructions on how to incubate or colonize the oat spawn ideas please or construction ideas of a tub somebody knows will work please

You incubate your spawn in jars. Then you pour that into tubs with coir. You close the lid and let it colonize.

Literally the simplest way you can possibly do it is the best. Don't make it too complicated and confuse yourself.

Reason:
The instructions are in the teks trust me
You don't incubate the spawn, 68-72F or room temperature is fine 65-75 requires no heating or cooling
You don't colonize the spawn, mycelium does after you inoculate the jar
