Habitat:
Where does it grow? Wooded area

What does it grow on? Dead tree...in a mixed hardwoods/pine foreset

Gills:
Orangish,not attached, gills

Stem:
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

Cap:orangish in color

Spore print color:
Left specimens in woods

Bruising:
Did not have the specimens long enough to observe bruising.

Other information:
Just a normal earthy smell

That's what I was thinking/hoping. I left them where I found them as I was in a park area and there where signs stating "no foraging".

Lol, honestly, foraging for mushrooms has no impact to those who own private or public property. But foraging plants can be a different story.
