So I have a few jars here in question. My second grow. Organic rye berries spawn. So 5 quart jars. MS injection. 46 days into colonization.

Growth has slowed down past 2 weeks but also my house temp went from high 70s to mid 60s. Iv had a few metabolites pop up but not much.

First the growth is no longer very rhizomatic in some jars really wispy and not as thick but still the same white.





Here I have some specs that poped up 2 days ago they have a slight green/blue tint to them only towards the top of jar.





Here is something weird I also noticed not sure if pins or metabloties.

They do appear unhealthy and should have been shaken long ago

I shook them about 2 weeks ago. I mistakenly overfilled these 5 and they just shrink down this week so I had difficulty moving a lot of the grains.

I did 2 sets of 5 jar as I could only PC 5 at a time and the other 5 did great (same ms syringe) but I could also shake them around better. Thanks

they look stressed from bacteria. had they been filled less and shook earlier you probably could have got some salvage flush from them but I would dump em now.
