no cumin in the sauce, added a bit of honey, lime juice, tequila to the blend that was it.

on the shrimp there was some. im not sure if there is usually cumin in the green sauce. it was pretty great imo. going to freeze the rest.

Looks awesome.  I roast the tomatillos, green chilis, garlic.  Blend it all and add cumim and salt to taste.  Oh so good
