Honestly man, if it's only two grams I think it's almost as safe to keep it in your pocket.

Basically I have no clue what is in an airport been once when I was younger...Do they make you walk through an x ray machine where they can see evrything on you or is that just your luggage? Or just wave the wand around you and have you walk through a metal detector? Are municipal airport security different from major airports? I know someone must know if you swallow drugs in balloons and takem through an airport how you can possibly be found out...someone please help me avoid doing anything stupid heh. It's amazing what ya have to do for 2 dman grams of weed to relax on a vacation.

Nah - usually they only wand you, even for international flights.
If you're a "lucky" pick, you'll get a light brushover - kinda like a mini-patdown - but if you have something taped someplace sensitive, they won't be groping you or anything ;-)

You walk through the metal detector, if you set it off they pass you over with the wand. I've never seen them pat anyone down. However, since 911 they do random shoe and bag checks. Swallowing it certainly would be safe, I think it's a little overboard for 2g though.

A couple of years ago, my wife and I flew into Puerto Vallarta for a little getaway. When we got off the plane, the Mexican officials had everyone push a little button. When I pushed it an alarm went off and red lights flashed. They pulled me aside, checked all my baggage and searched me. They didn't find anything and told me that it was just random. It's a good thing my wife was carrying the E.

What did they do when they searched you? When I went through Mexico City, they just did a brief patdown (pocket areas, places where weapons could be easily hidden), searched my bag and waved a wand over me.

They rummaged through my luggage a little bit and they had me empty my pockets and did a quick pat down. Nothing too thorough, but my wife was shitting bricks thinking that they would search her bags too.
