Mutant cube
    #24534423 - 08/06/17 11:50 AM (3 years, 8 months ago)

Found a few little prettys today, this mutant cubensis is my favorite of the day.

Parasitized (if that's even a word) trametes versicolor or a funky lentinus

A slug enjoying trametes

More trametes versicolor.

Macrocybe titans

This is Hexagonia.

That might be Trametes underneath these, and in your other pic, but the mushrooms the slug is eating are not Trametes.
Possibly false turkey tails or another similar polypore.

You literally made me laugh out loud. Tks, I needed that.

Tmeth, tks for the corrections, when I go back out I'll look at the suspect trametes  again to make sure I get a proper id. The hexagonia is first, now I want to scope it.

For starters Trametes will always have a white underside, and the ones the slug are eating don't.
