Untested Automation a.k.a Dead Meat?

Fruiting Chamber: perlite over 5 airstones (1 pump).

I've been doing the fan and spray for 5 days to popcorn cased with straight verm. (Nothing yet btw.)

I'm going to be away from my project for around 2 days, so I had to slap together an automated fan and sprayer with what I had on hand, in under 30 mins (I was seriously pressed for time).

I had:
-an ultrasonic humidifier
-something approximating a computer case fan (about twice the size, all metal, from radioshack)
-24 hour timer, 1 hour on/off intervals.

What I did was offset the 2 plexis I had on the terrarium, leaving a small square open in a corner, about 4 square inches.

I ran 3 3/8 tubes from my ultrasonic humidifier to the terrarium, and placed the fan over the hole. I set the timer to on for 1 hour every 4 hours (12,4,8).

So what happens for 1 hour every 4 hours is the fan kicks on along with the full blast humidifier, doing overkill air exchange, and overkill humidification. I figure the extra humidity would be counteracted by the extra airflow, which would normally dry out the casing.

Any predictions? Maybe I overlooked something?

run 1 day without fanning and spraying, if your humidity remains in the 90's I would only worry about exausting the gasses in the terrarium

regardless from that point you'll have a better idea as to what you need to do from there with your particular setup
