i just ate too much my stomach hurts

ok im used to eat a lot of food, since i dont eat meat i kinda have to but its rare that i eat so much that i feel like i need a nap after actually that never happens. but i just ate around 1.5 kilos potatoes with some olive oil , squash and herbs and that is ALOT of potatoes and potatoes has alot of lectines so its not the same as eatin 1.5 kilo with uhm squash or soemthing . oh boy oh boy my stomach hurts now

oh well maybe a  :spliff: fix it

man..i ate so much one time and then went next door..my friend had a keg and i did a keg stand and immediatly blew chunks everwhere. My stomach was so full it was like overfowing into my esophagus and i couldent even breath.

it hurt like hell...thought my shit was going to rupture

i i took a short walk but it rained so it was only a 5 minutes walk but i feel better now :smile:

everyone there laughed for about a year.

but right after that my stomach was nice 'n clean so i did another keg stand :smile:

Yeah, potatoes fill me up really quickly too.  But I love 'em.  They're just so starchy!  :smile:
