Well, Atreyu was the hero of The Neverending Story.  The kid that rode around on the horse.  I think it's name was Artax. 

Anyway.  I LOVED that movie as a kid, and even though I haven't watched it in about ten years, I still have very fond memories of it. 

And I loved the name Atreyu.  But I didn't like the spelling of it.  So I changed it to Atreau.  Looks cooler, but is pronounced the same way.  It's been my screenname for everything since about ninth grade.
