Panaeolus sp. I wouldn't call it P. cinctulus without more information.

I would spore print it just to make sure it's not a foenesecii before you go any further. If it's a black spore print you might go further. Also take pictures earlier in their life cycle and maybe let them grow to maturity a bit longer see if the cap flattens out on some.

Ok thanks bro!!! Good vibes your way I'm going to look and see if there's any mature specs there... the stem was bruising a very dark purple or brown I couldn't tell.

Well that's a good indication that you are in the right place. Get some shots of immature and mature specimen so we can see if they flatten out or have any discerning markings. Reason being pans can be tough to differentiate.

I'm fairly sure you've got cinctulus if you let them grow longer they should flatten out a bit and stems should get more defined.

But I'm often wrong. So let's get more research done
