Also posting failures and learning from them and teaching others about then is one of the criteria for someone to be tagged

You can look up my contamination threads and failures if you think they had to be hidden you're clearly fooled by gossip

I am not sure who is guilty of only posting success but I certainly do not. Most of my grow logs are in real time with the success uncertain. I even had a grow log trich out on me in 2013. Embarrassing but also a good learning experience.
Even TC's can have contams. It's just how they proceed after that makes the difference.

Two day recovery/colonization after shake.

12, 24 and 48 hours in. Two more days until full recovery. Six days until full colonization.

Morelman said: I pretty much agree. A lot of people wait and only post their successes. Never sharing or admitting failure. That makes them fake cultivators in my opinion. I've never done that and I don't intend to start now. I opted out of ratings and erased years of kudos, because now, trolls love to ignore success when it's achieved with methods not "approved" by the AMU. But, when you fail, they are all over your ratings like flies on shit. Everyone fails at some point. If they claim otherwise, they are lying to themselves and to the rest of us.
I care nothing for the "trusted cultivator" tag. All it means to me is that you followed and praised the AMU blueprint for cultivation, hid your failures and sucked the right dicks. This isn't a rant. I'm not angry at all. It's my honest opinion and I consider anyone losing a trusted cultivator tag a badge of honor. There needs to be more honor in this community. Do you think my spawnbag is bacterial?
And stop blaming AMU for anything that has to do with TC tags, AMU only has a say in what members get voted into AMU, we have zero to do with TC tags, mods and admin pick those. Period.

Case it and fruit in bag since it's already too wet it might be enough for decent fruits

this was the worst i ever tried to fruit. put out 72g and had rotting shrooms in it.

tossed them in a bag and buried in the basement to be opened in the event of the apocolypse.

I consistently post pics of my failure Morelman. People don't flock to my rating like flies on shit to give me a bad rating, WHY? Because I humble myself. I admit I fucked up, I listen and learn. My failures are how I am learning, how ever painful it may be. I keep pushing onward, working towards cleaner cultures. I was told this jar of Lucy had a bit of bacteria. Looked like one of my best jars, sadly. I have had much worse fruit rather fine. Well I gave it a last shake to see if I should spawn it. It has been 48 hours and has not recovered. Apparently there was even more bacteria than we could visibly see, even though it recovered very nicely after 1st shake. These are 4 sides of the jar a few days ago before 2nd shake. Now it will go in the trash.

when you constantly spout unverified, flippant bullshit like this, it should be no surprise nobody likes you on this site. being one of the most recently tagged cults, here is a bunch of my failures which I have shared with the boards over many years while you were elsewhere, probably trolling other online communities. To be so openly and willfully ignorant and misleading, as you are, is grounds for flaming, IMHO.

i can attest after letting several recent minis run their course with peni. it will make the sub more susceptable to trich, but it wont eat your myc like trich will. in my infamous sea of trich pic, you can see lots of fresh fruits even being eaten by the trich bottom left

gross. i bet you can smell it thru the screen. like gross socks you've worn for several weeks without washing then went running in.

but i did have an almost a full tub of these going at on point. ive dealt with a lot of contam issues with my ape. i just put some ape swabs to plates, so hopefully i can get a new culture going soon.

Munchauzen said: So after my most recent flush, I redunked my cakes for 24 hours then I laid down some fresh perlite soaked with distilled water. After moving my cakes back home, I went on to creating some new pf jars for some upcoming PE. Later on I went back and checked out my tub, and it had completely filled with water, and my cakes were floating adrift a sea of shrooms (where is mr funguy?) and perlite!
-insert Bruce "Oh noooo" gif-
I didn't take any pics because I was too ashamed of myself, but rest assured you could of floated a big in my FC.
So I drained the tub, evened out the perlite, redunked the cakes to clean em off, and popped em back in the FC. 1 Hour later, the tub was sunk again....
So I drained it again, cleaned my cakes, AGAIN, and this time removed half of the soaked perlite. Good to go now... Thank god I was already on my 4th flush.
Basically, the added damp perlite made it so my FC was too heavy and the water level from the 2nd tub reached my FAE ports.
50th post baby, time for peer reviews...

Hey guys, could my oat prep have any real affect on bacteria after inoculation? I ask as the wedges I used in this jar looked clean as fuck. No ninja oily bacteria and no satellites. I even left the middle of the plate behind and took basically a donut from it. It wasn't close to the edges of the plate either. I cut the wedges doing everything I could to leave behind ANYTHING that may have been rouge spore from edge or something that had been on the central transfer. I seen something about the starches coming out of the grains, but I use bods oat tek and get very few burst grains.

For the sake of todays conversation I present this nasty as fuck tub. It was my 2qt jars of PM spores straight to grains. Got 40g dry 1st, and 20g dry 2nd. A couple days after 2nd flush it looked so fucking sick. I stuck it off to the side to be dumped and failed to do so. I was sure it would puke trich any day. Well walked by it 2 days ago and notice it fruiting a 3rd flush. Still no trich but SOOOO fucking bacterial. I figured fuck it I will take the shrooms. This came from jars that recovered from 2 shakes. It looked much worse before but the mycelium matted up covering some of the metabolite stains. You can see spores as well as metabolites all over it. Thing is fucking spongy. Trich is sure to show any time.

might be genetic since this culture has put out similar trays once in awhile.
If it is genetic and you can reproduce the mutation consistently then, you should call them SnowCaps.

I vent for 15min+ till I get steady stream of steam that doesn't cut out. Then I go for 2.5hrs for my QT jars. I'll snag a pic of some I knocked up 2 days ago with this plate. These are all the same plate 2 pics better quality than the other 2. My son fucked my camera up.
