Congrats for doing your research. If you want to keep them in a trunk, you could mount a light inside. Maybe something like one of those round press lights (know what I'm talking about? don't know what they're called). That would be cheap, adequate, and simple.

The two ounces I mentioned before was dry. I base that on my own growing experience with 6 1pint verm/brf cakes. They would have produced more, but I had to ditch my growing operation or get caught. 2 ounces is not unrealistic for 10 half pint cakes. If you are only getting an 1/8 per jar, then you are probably not rehydrating your cakes.

rehydrate, you mean like put them on the perlite or use the staw tek or what? Cause I will get that much when I break and case, but I was telling him that cause I didnt think he would be doing that.

what you might want to try is getting a cheap humidifier and putting it in with your cakes in a large tupperware. it eliminates the annoying necessity for constant attention to your little fungus farm. if anyone knows anymore about this method of hydration, spit yer shiznit
