Jars with baggies

I was wondering what would happen if one were to simply take the lids off of fully colonized jars and put a plastic baggy over it, as to hold in the moisture. Would you get mushrooms out of the top?

Yes you should, but its best you
black the sides as early as possible,
to stop pins forming, as I guess you
want them to fruit at the top for easy picking.

Look up some invitro tecs there are
a few out there.

Just take it one step further--crumble it and case it. This difference in yeild will make you happy you did. And it really is easy...
